Documentation Overview

This is the documentation for GenoMS, a tool for determine whole protein
sequences from MS/MS spectra. This website provides user information for
running the tool.

GenoMS was developed at the University of California, San Diego. The tool is
distributed as a jar file available for download, as well as the Java source
code.

The following publication provides additional information on GenoMS; please
cite it if you use GenoMS results in your research:

NE Castellana, V Pham, D Arnott, JR Lill, V Bafna. (2010). Template
Proteogenomics: sequencing whole proteins using an imperfect database.
Mol. Cell. Proteomics, 9, 6:1260-70.

The authors and principal investigator welcome questions, comments, and corrections.
