Research Interests
I enjoy making useful and user friendly computational tools for mass spectrometry. I am advised by Nuno Bandeira and primary work on spectral networking based approaches to more effectively organize and visualize data. My research areas involve developing new computational mass spectrometry algorithms, algorithms for big data, and developing useful user interfaces.
